ZhongAn Project Management Co. Ltd (hereunder is called ZhongAn Co) was established in 1988, which is a subsidiary of China Coal Xi’an Design Engineering Co. Ltd. It is one of the first ten pilot supervision companies in China. In 1993, it obtained the A-class supervision qualification issued by the ministry of construction for mining engineering, housing construction, municipal utilities engineering, mechanical and electrical installation project. Our company also has B-class supervisions qualifications on bidding agency and highway engineering.

ZhongAn Co has undertaken 10% market share of total capacity of national coal mine project. It is the leader supervision company in China. In 2006, 2010, 2012 and 2014, ZhongAn Co won the national supervision enterprise’s top awards- Advanced Engineering Supervision Enterprise by China Construction Supervision Association. In recent years, the company won more than 50 national and provincial prizes of advanced engineering supervision projects in mine, residence buildings and municipal engineering projects. To be specific, the company won “Luban Prize”, “Sun Cup” twice in 5 years, and also it obtained 5 “National Silver Medal for Quality Engineering Awards”. The Company’s existing supervising businesses are all over Shaanxi, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Guizhou, Xinjiang and other provinces. As chief editing entity, the company compiled “Self-Discipline Measures for Management and Provisional Regulation for Coal Construction Supervision Project” and “Design Code on Mine Construction Management for Coal Industry”. ZhongAn Co also participated in preparation of “Supervision Code on Geology Engineering for Coal Industry”, “Supervision Regulation on Equipment Engineering for Coal Industry” and “Quality Evaluation Standard for Underground Construction of Coal Mine”.

There are more than 500 staffs in ZhongAn Co now, which including 1 supervision master, 350 registered supervision engineers, 5 registered mining engineers, 2 registered structural engineers of 1st class, 6 registered engineers for project management and consulting, 6 cost engineers, 6 safety engineers, 3 equipment engineers, 3 surveying and mapping engineers, 5 test engineers, and 10 people of 1st class construction engineer. ZhongAn Co has complete majors, which satisfy all the qualifications within the project supervision qualification conditions.
